Disc Screen

The Harden disc screen is a professional sorting machine that distinguishes materials of different sizes and shapes by using rotating discs. As the machine operates, the polygonal discs all rotate in the same direction as the roller, causing the materials on them to move in a combined horizontal and tumbling motion, making the materials looser. The rotating polygonal discs hit and spread the materials, causing them to jump and tumble. When the size of the materials is smaller than the gap between the discs during this movement, they pass through the side gap of the disc, thereby achieving the screening function.
